Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing mail management solution, which will give you full control over your email boxes and email campaigns. With this easy-to-handle GUI, you can set up a new mail account in no time and manage its settings easily. Additionally, you can forward mail messages from one mailbox to another, set up mail filters, create autoresponders and secure your email boxes against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your e-mail box accounts against junk mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unrequested email messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your electronic mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a given e-mail box account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are great for filtrating your incoming e-mail messages on the basis of certain rules set by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can quickly create a filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and specify the e-mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming e-mail messages from one email mailbox account to another, or even to several other email accounts. Just choose the e-mail account you wish to redirect mail messages from, then specify the destination e-mail box and indicate if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily configure the e-mail client of your choice to access your e-mailbox accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you want to set up on your personal computer or mobile phone and click on the e-mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mail account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, working with multiple electronic mail accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager interface will also allow you to easily create an autoresponder message - specify the message you want people to view and our system will handle everything else. And if you wish to configure a catch-all email box - you can do that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
